Account

Simply go to the Create New Customer Account screen. Fill in your personal and sign-in information accordingly, and then click “Register”. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address.

Registering an account makes purchasing and checking out much easier and faster. Once you have an account, you can save your billing and shipping addresses which enables you to pre select all your information without having to fill these details in manually every time you make a purchase.

Changing your account details couldn’t be easier, simply login to your account. Once you are logged in you can access your contact and address information along with your password. Simply click on the according section and make the necessary changes.

Order

Orders can be placed once you have selected products, by adding them to your cart. You can review items in your cart by selecting the cart icon located on the top right hand side of the screen. The “Go to Checkout” button will then take you to the checkout process where you can complete the shipping and payment information to complete your order.

The address populated in the Shipping Address section will be where you goods will be delivered, so all you need to do is make sure this is updated with the correct delivery address.

Unfortunately we don’t take telephone orders, however if for some reason you are having difficulty ordering online, you can call us on 0845 8629928 and we will do our best to assist you.

You can quickly check the status of your order by logging into your account: My Account When you place your order and it is completed, the status of your order is automatically set to pending. This simply means that we have received your order and need to process it.

Providing the order is non-fraudulent, it will be packed and shipped according to the shipping service you selected on checkout. You will then be sent an auto-notification that your order has been dispatched, along with a clickable link detailing your tracking number.

To save confusion, check that you have allowed our emails to be sent directly to your inbox, and also check your spam mailbox in case you have not received emails.

Your right to return goods in exchange for a full refund is 7 working days. If for some reason you do wish to return your order you can do so within this time frame, providing the goods remain unopened and unused. If the any of the tamper evident seals have been broken then the goods are then not saleable and we will not be able to refund you any monies. To return an unwanted order please email:sales@dna-lean.co.uk with your name, address, and order number. We advise sending returned goods using a recorded delivery service.

Delivery

If your goods are late being delivered and suspect that they may be lost, in the first instance call your local Royal postal depot and check to see if they are holding any items for you. If you have not received your goods after 21 working days, we can issue you with a full refund providing; the goods are not delivered and are declared lost by Royal Mail. Alternatively we can send you a replacement order.

In the interest of great customer service, we offer FREE shipping on all UK mainland orders £50.00 or over. The timeframe for free delivery is 3-5 working days. For orders under £50.00 there is a standard shipping charge of £1.99 (3-5 working days delivery).. If you wish to fast track your order you can do so by choosing one of our paid for lis;

  • Standard 3-5 working days delivery £1.99
  • Express 2-3 working days delivery £2.99
  • Next day delivery £5.99 (order before 3pm, Excluding Saturdays)

ALL UK mainland orders under £50.00 have a standard shipping charge of £1.99 with a delivery time of 3 - 5 days. Shipping can be upgraded to any of the above two lis.

Don’t worry if you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a “we called while you were out” card detailing where your parcel is held and advise alternative arrangements for collection or re-delivery.
