Cancelations

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason. However, once your order is dispatched to our couriers ready for delivery, it can no longer be changed.

If cancellation is sought after your goods have been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and then contact us regarding your return.

Once we have received your returned goods in their original condition (unopened/unused, with tamper evident seals in tact), then we will issue your refund accordingly.

Please note, due to our fast dispatch times, orders become locked off within 30 minutes of being placed, ready for shipping. Once an order has been locked for shipping, it is then ineligible for cancellation.

Refunds & Returns

Irrespective of your statutory rights of 7 days, we offer 30 days from the date of purchase to return your goods in exchange for a refund. If for any reason you do wish to return your order you can do so within this time frame, providing the goods remain unopened, unused, and in the same brand new condition that you received it inside the original packaging.

If there are any defects in the products or packaging, for example the tamper proof seals have been broken and as a result the goods are not resaleable, we will be unable to refund you any monies.

Please remember to include your order details (listed above) inside your return, Without this information we simply cannot identify your returned goods.

You are responsible for the return postage costs and we strongly suggest that you use a tracked/signed for delivery service when returning any of your goods, and that inform us of the service & tracking number of your return.

This prevents any possibility of a dispute as to whether or not we received your return.

Once the goods have been recieved and inspected by us and deemed to be in a new condition, your refund will then be processed (excluding fees) within five (5) working days.

* Please note - A flat rate of £4.99 for delivery, and a £2.60 handling fee, will be deducted from the total value of your refund in order to recover our packaging,  shipping, and logistic partners returns handling costs.

** We accept no responsibility for orders made using an incorrect delivery address.

Subscription Product Refunds

As per our Subscribe & Save terms, refunds are available for any subscription products, as per the terms set out on this page, provided that a minimum of two deliveries have already been satisfied.

Digital Products & Diet Plans

Because diet plans are personalised, using an investment of our time, once you have received your plan according to your specific requirements, we are unable to provide any refund whatsoever.

When purchasing personalised diet plans you automatically agree to these terms and are bound by them.

Working Hours

Our normal operating hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays). We aim to respond to your queries within 2 working days.
