DNA Lean Cancellations, and Refund & Returns Policy
Cancelations
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason. However, once your order is dispatched to our couriers ready for delivery, it can no longer be changed.
If cancellation is sought after your goods have been dispatched, you must wait for delivery and then contact us regarding your return.
Once we have received your returned goods in their original condition (unopened/unused, with tamper evident seals in tact), then we will issue your refund accordingly.
Please note, due to our fast dispatch times, orders become locked off in certain time frames and are then uneligible for cancellation, as per the above.
These lock off times are as follows:
- 7.30 am
- 12.00 pm
- 2.30 pm
As a practical example, an order placed at 12.02pm on a working day is eligible for cancellation up until 2.30 pm, afterwhich the order will be processed for shipping.
Refunds & Returns
Irrespective of your statutory rights of 7 days, we offer 30 days from the date of purchase to return your goods in exchange for a full refund. If for some reason you do wish to return your order you can do so within this time frame, providing the goods remain unopened and unused.
If there are any defects in the products or packaging, for example the tamper proof seals have been broken and as a result the goods are not resaleable, we will be unable to refund you any monies. To return an unwanted order please email:sales@dna-lean.co.uk with your name, address, and order number. We advise sending returned goods using a recorded delivery service.
You are responsible for the return postage costs and we strongly suggest that you use a tracked/signed for delivery service when returning any of your goods.
This prevents any possibility of a dispute as to whether or not we received your return.
Once the goods have been recieved and inspected by us and deemed to be in a new condition, your refund will then be processed excluding any additional shipping fees within 3 working days.
If free shipping was utilised then no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Products & Diet Plans
Because diet plans are personalised, using an investment of our time, once you have received your plan according to your specific requirements, we are unable to provide any refund whatsoever. When purchasing personalised diet plans you automatically agree to these terms and are bound by them.
