Jenni is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and health brand expert. Jenni has a proven track-record in previously working with a number of different health and wellness companies to develop evidence-based actionable content that everyone can follow to improve their health & well-being.
Jenni has passion for healthy, nutritious, recipe creation and has been in content management & blogging since 2014, when she co-launched her first business - with a primary focus in recipe development and food / nutrition blogging.
Today Jenni uses her nutritional expertise to both fact-check and contribute evidence-based information to the DNA Lean blog.
Paul Jenkins
MSc Applied Chem
From an early age Paul always had an interest in sports, particularly athletics. At 17 years old, running for Sheffield’s Hallamshire Harriers athletic club, Paul ran a PB of 10.82 seconds for the 100 m sprint.
As his passion for weight lifting grew, Paul progressed from sprinting to becoming a national level competitive bodybuilder.
Today Paul has almost 20 years experience in sports nutrition and coaching. Paul has a bias for the truth and although he studied an MSc in Applied Chemistry, he is a firm believer of “food being thy medicine”.
His expertise lies in nutrition, nutraceuticals, and how natural ingredients from plants and herbs can work in harmony with the human body to improve physical and athletic performance.
Steve Hakner

Steve has been a chartered physiotherapist since 2004.
His speciality is the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions with a special interest in Shockwave Therapy. He has been using this particular treatment method with any of his patients that he feels would benefit and has been very pleased with the results.
Steve has extensive experience, including working at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital for many years, managing and rehabilitating complex spinal, upper and lower limb MSK problems, as well as working in several MSK settings.
As well as Shockwave Therapy, Steve uses a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise-based therapy. Whether the problem is acute, a longstanding issue or post-operative, he will ensure the best approach is taken, so maximum recovery is achieved.
John Buckland

After finishing university, John started his career working in the pharmaceutical industry as a medical pharmaceutical consultant for Respiratory, Diabetic, Vaccinology, Immunology, Oncology and Allergy Medicine.
John then left the pharmaceutical industry to follow his passion as an educator and trainer. Today John is a master trainer and has more than 20 years experience personal training & strength coaching. He also holds a Reps Advanced Instructor Level 3 qualification and regularly coaches bodybuilders, bikini, figure competitors, strength athletes and the public.
John is one of the most qualified and experienced coaches in the industry and has worked with a whole manner of athletes, including; Olympic weightlifter Zoe Smith 2014 Commonwealth gold medalist, and Masters Weightlifter Dr Alea Fairchild who is an international Olympic weightlifter for Belgium. (World Silver medal in 2006, 2007 and 2008 in the class W40 -69kg, 2009 and 2010 in the class W45 -69kg.)
Kane Georgiou
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
(Also qualified in Corticosteroid Injection)
Kane has 10 years experience in sports physiotherapy and has worked with several professional football teams, including Walsall and Aston Villa football clubs.
Kane also has experience working with the ministry of defence (MOD). He was assigned to work with members of the RAF at one of their primary care rehabilitation facilities (PCRF), where he diagnosed and treated RAF personnel as part of their rehabilitation programme.
Furthermore, Kane also has an abundance of experience treating competitive bodybuilders and is himself a lifetime natural bodybuilder - with several 1st place wins.
