We prioritise stocks for subscribe and save customers and therefore guarantee every subscription will always be in stock and delivered on time. You will never run out!

Subscribe & Save FAQ’s

How do I start a subscription?

Simply select the "Subscribe & Save" option on that is available on any of the eligible product pages. Next, select the quantity and replenishment schedule (weekly to monthly) that best suits you.

To pause, update or amend any aspect of your subscription, including your delivery address, login to your account and click on the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab.

Prior to each subscription delivery, we will send you a reminder email displaying the item price and any other details such as the flavour of the product.

When will my subscription renew?

All subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed on the same date that you originally subscribed. Every subscription automatically runs until you pause or cancel, which you can do at any time.

Are subscriptions eligible for use with discount codes?

No, discount codes are not available for use in conjunction with subscriptions because subscribe and save products are discounted by up to 20% off current RRP.

Why did the price of my product change?

Subscribe & Save offers a discount off current RRP prices. Therefore all pricing is discounted according to the current RRP of the product that you are subscribing to. In the event of a pricing change, the billing for your discounted subscription will be updated to reflect the new RRP.

Is Subscribe & Save available to countries outside of the United Kingdom?

Unfortunately, at this time, subscribe and save is only available to customers based in the UK.

Is there a minimum number of deliveries before I can cancel?

Yes - the minimum number of deliveries is 2, after which you can cancel at any time for any reason, no strings.
