We offer FREE shipping on all UK mainland orders £50.00 or over. This free delivery service takes 48 hours (2 working days) providing you place your order before 2.30pm on a weekday.

Free 24 hour delivery on orders over £90.00

We offer FREE next day shipping on all UK mainland orders £90.00 or over. This free delivery service takes 24 hours (1 working day) providing you place your order before 2.30pm on a weekday.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Before 1.00 pm

In addition to the rest of our delivery options, Royal Mail Special delivery - guaranteed before 1.00 pm is available, providing the order is placed before 2.00 pm, which excludes weekend delivery,

Tracked delivery service

ALL of our deliveries are fully insured sent via either Royal Mail or DPD, using a tracked delivery service which keeps you informed as to the whereabouts of your goods at every step of their journey.

As such when placing an order please be aware that you must provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your goods. If no one is present to accept your goods, they will be left in either a "safe place", with a neighbour, or if none of these are available, you will be left a "We called while you were out" notification card.

(Kindly note, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery.)

You will need this card, along with some relevant ID when collecting your order from your local depot. Your local depot will hold your parcel for a maximum of 10 days, after which it will be returned to sender. If we recieve a returned order, due to failure of collection, re-sending will incur a £4.00 redelivery charge.

Or we can process a refund minus the delivery fees.

USA International Shipping

All orders to the USA are sent via Fedex international tracked shipping service which enables you to quickly and easily track your parcel at every step of its journey.

All listed prices exclude any import/duty liability, of which you the customer accept liability for.

Changes To Your Order

We strive to get your order picked and packed and out for delivery in the fastest time possible. Consequently, ALL orders are locked for shipping with 30 minutes of placement.

After which it is not possible to make any changes to your order.

Should need to make any ammendments, or cancel your order or any items within it, this must then be proccessed under our 30 day return policy.

Lost Goods

If your goods are late being delivered and suspect that they may be lost, in the first instance call your local Royal postal depot and check to see if they are holding any items for you. If you have not recieved your goods after 21 working days. We can issue you with a full refund providing; the goods are not delivered and are declared lost by Royal Mail. Alternatively we can send you a replacement order.

Damaged Goods

In the event of any of your items being damaged upon receipt, you MUST report this to DNA Lean customers services within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any damages will require photographic proof to be sent via email to ourselves; It is at our customer services team's discretion to evaluate and decide whether the goods were unlawfully damaged or damaged in transit via the courier. Our team will then inform you as to whether we are to refund, replace or to take no further action.
