DNA Lean® CRE8N-MX® is an exciting new and innovative creatine supplement designed to rapidly boost strength capacity, exercise-performance, and skeletal muscle mass.
If you want to reap all of the power-packed benefits of creatine monohydrate, without the risk of an upset stomach, and the hassle of creatine loading, then CRE8N-MX® is for you.
This is because CRE8N-MX® has enhanced absorption properties and delivers a whopping 7 grams of creatine per serving, contained in a multi-faceted complex comprised of 4 different types of micronised creatines.
This base of creatine is further backed up with other well-documented ingredients that improve the cellular uptake of creatine, and additionally support the generation of energy (ATP) through different pathways.
Therefore, over-dosing on creatine in an effort to super-saturate skeletal muscle tissues through creatine loading, consequently leading to intestinal upset, is no longer necessary with CRE8N-MX®.
CRE8N-MX® also addresses key points that other types of creatine supplements do not. For example, unlike creatine ethyl ester, CRE8N-MX® does not necessarily have to be taken on an empty stomach to facilitate absorption.
Thus the end result is a quick and easy to use comprehensive creatine supplement that rapidly dissolves in water and has superior skeletal muscle uptake over and above regular creatine monohydrate.
Nonetheless, we aren’t gone to attempt to fool you with unscrupulous marketing or make any false promises.
We want to set realistic and proper expectations; CRE8N-MX® won't transform you into a marvel bodybuilding super hero with the strength to lift Thor’s hammer.
Nor will it enable you to spectacularly out run Usain Bolt in the 100 meters sprint.
Instead, we provide you with an honest and transparent evidence-based formula that does what it says on the tin.

Magnesium (Citrate)
To say that Magnesium is an essential nutrient would be an understatement. Magnesium part forms over 300 enzymes in the human body. It is responsible for a whole manner of essential bio-functions such as muscle contractions, transmission of the genetic code, the burning of glucose and a ton of other functions that the human body cannot exist without! Approximately 60 % of the body's magnesium is stored in the skeleton with the remaining 40% being stored in soft tissues. Because a significant amount of Magnesium is stored in soft tissues such as skeletal muscle, levels are easily depleted through sweating. Because Magnesium plays a vital role in muscle contraction and carbohydrate and energy metabolism, it's a sure bet that athletes need more than sedentary people.
One study in particular, done by the Western Washington University has also shown that Magnesium boosts the effects of creatine. The authors of the study concluded that magnesium is linked to an increase in intra-cellular water which inferred more muscular creatine due to its osmotic effect, thus leading to increased cellular hydration and increased protein synthesis.
Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5)
Calcium Pantothenate is the calcium salt of the water-soluble and more commonly named vitamin B5. The word Pantothenate is derived from the Greek pantothen meaning "from everywhere" and small amounts of pantothenic acid are found in almost every food. Pantothenate is a component of coenzyme A (CoA) and therefore plays a key role in the oxidation of pyruvate in the citric acid cycle. This particular process is vital in cellular respiration (the generation of ATP energy system), being of vital importance to athletic performance and muscle output. Vitamin B5 is also a growth factor and is essential for various metabolic functions such as the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.
D-Ribose
D-Ribose is a a carbohydrate but not in the classical sense. The body does not recognise D-ribose as a regular carbohydrate, rather, D-ribose is utilised in the mitochondria to manufacture the high energy molecule - ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate). The production of ATP via the citric acid cycle requires many intermediary molecules, of which, at any one stage of this cyclical process, falling short on an intermediary molecule can significantly hamper energy production and athletic performance.
Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure)
Creatine monohydrate took the sport nutrition industry by storm in the early 1990's and has been popular ever since. There is good reason for this - it works! Many a study show that creatine supplementation increases creatine phosphate levels stored in skeletal muscle. It this creatine phosphate molecule that jacks up ATP production and thus increases athletic performance. This is why creatine monohydrate has stood the test of time.
Creatine Fumarate
Creatine Fumarate is a creatine salt comprised of creatine bound to a molecule of fumaric acid. Fumarate is an intermediary molecule within the citric acid cycle and thus helps fuel the whole process. Now the basic premise of creatine supplementation is to increase creatine levels within skeletal muscle tissue. While creatine supplementation is proven to be beneficial, each different form of creatine has its own pro's and con's. This is why we added 4 different types of creatine to CRE8N-MX. This ensures maximum absorbsion and ATP production.
Creatine Nitrate
Creatine Nitrate is one of the more recent "flavours" of creatine to hit the sports nutrition industry, and with good reason. Creatine nitrate has all the usual benefits associated with creatine supplementation, but with the added bonus of the nitrate which increases the solubility, and thus absorbtion of the creatine. Creatine in the form of nitrate can also aid in vasodilation through increased nitric oxide levels.
Creatine HCL
Creatine HCL is another creatine salt, bing a molecule of creatine combined with hydrochloric acid. The significance of this is that the HCL molecule makes the creatine acidic. The increase in acidity increases the solubility of the creatine and thus absorbtion and uptake within the body.
Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine)
Betaine anhydrous has a bunch of interesting bio-functions, here are 2 top reasons why we chose to include it in our CRE8N-MX. Betaine anhydrous has been shown to help regulate levels of the amino acid homocysteine. Homocysteine is a significant contributing factor of inflammation and levels of this amino-acid can be elevated as a by-product of intense training. Regulating homocysteine has been shown to significantly reduce inflammation which is imperative for both recovery and overall health. Betaine anhydrous also has an osmolytic effect; promoting cellular hydration and thus aiding in creatine uptake of skeletal muscle tissue. Needless to say this is going to boost your strength and endurance.
