This privacy policy sets out how DNA Lean uses and protects any information that you give DNA Lean when you use this website. DNA Lean is committed to ensuring that your privacy is properly protected and our privacy policy has been prepared in-line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1. What data we collect and why we collect it

When you place an order with us we ask for various items of personal information. We keep a record of this information because all this is necessary for us to recognise you as a registered customer and to process and fulfil the orders that you place with us. Storing this information means you do not need to re-enter these details each time you shop. If you place an order, we also ask you for your card payment details but we do not store any of your card details.

  • A record of your purchases
  • A record of any e-mail correspondence you send us

You can see the information you have provided to us through the registration process by accessing the ‘My Account’ section of the DNA Lean website. You can also use this section to change or delete this information including any consent you have provided to receive marketing communications. To do so, click on ‘Change registration details’.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You may also request details of personal information which we hold about you. Requests must be made in writing and there is a £10 fee for each request. Proof of identification is required in order to protect your information. We also require sufficient details to be able locate your information. For example, dates and details of orders that you have placed. An optional application form may be provided to assist us in locating the information you require.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

8. How we use cookies
